WZLX Policies regarding Submission and Airplay of Music
WZLX accepts new music submissions via CD only at 83 Leo M. Birmingham Parkway, Boston, MA 02135, attention Carter Alan (Assistant Program Director). MP3’s, cassettes, digital audio tape and email files are not accepted.
WZLX adds new music to its playlist based on analysis of sales, popularity and historical trends. These decisions are decided on by Carter Alan and Mike Thomas (Program Director).

As a Classic Rock radio station, WZLX is primarily interested in releases of a Classic Rock or Blues music nature. WZLX does not sell or barter airtime in exchange for any music airplay. WZLX does not exclude independent radio promoters from access to its Music Department.
